November, also known as Movember – yes time to put those razors away and show your support by growing a mo, marks men’s health month.

The aim of the month-long event is to focus on the physical and mental well-being among men, addressing issues such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health challenges, and suicide prevention.

Movember provides a platform for men to discuss their health openly, seek support, and take proactive steps towards a healthier and happier life.
